Is Perfumebay.com confusing with ebay.com?

The OC Business Journal today reported, here, that Perfumebay.com lost an appeal and decided to change its name rather than fight in court. The Huntington Beach-based web site is now Beautyencounter.com (screen cap shown).
Why is the Bolsavik telling this story?
Because the company’s founder is a fellow Viet.
CEO Jacquelyn Tran “started Perfume Bay in 1999 with the help of her family, Vietnamese refugees who came to America in 1980,” according to the OC Business Journal.
