A 29-year-old immigrant from Sudan was charged today in Grand Rapids, Michigan, in the head-on collision that caused injuries to a carful of children and the death of 6-year-old Andy Nguyen.
The Grand Rapids Press reported, here:
“Mayen Biar Diing [photo right] was arraigned Wednesday morning on drunk driving charges that killed a 6-year-old boy over the weekend.
Diing, 29, was also charged with driving on a suspended license.”
