They only prey on their own kind. When a Caucasian American promotes investment and doing business in Vietnam, no one would do anything about that. But, when an American of Vietnamese descent has the same idea, he runs a big risk of being defamed, intimidated, or even getting bodily harm. No wonder the anti-communist Vietnamese are losing the public’s sympathy more and more (without being aware of that loss)!
