Nguoi Viet accuses Janet of chumming with commies

Proving that McCarthyism is not the exclusive domain of Ky Ngo and his ilk, Nguoi Viet Daily News today ran an extensive two-page spread accusing incumbent OC Supervisor Janet Nguyen of communist sympathies.
Janet is in a three-way all-Vietnamese race to retain her seat on the Board of Supervisors. The election is set for June 3, and absentee ballots are being received now. The claim that Janet is chum with a communist was first made by her rival Hoa Van Tran in a mailer to Vietnamese voters, here.
The piece published in the two-page spread on Nguoi Viet is authored by a group named Coalition Against Resolution No. 36 (Vietnamese: Liên Uy Ban Chong Nghi Quyet 36), the organizer of the protests against Viet Weekly on Garden Grove Main Street. It’s the group mentioned by Dina Nguyen (Janet’s other rival) in a City Council meeting here.
The basis for the piece is an individual named Eric Le (Vietnamese: Lê Công Tru), president of the Vietnam Business Association, a trade group promoting doing business in Vietnam. While Hoa’s mailer tentatively stated that ““the Vietnamese community suspects (Le) of organizing the event for (Vietnamese president) Nguyen Minh Triet in Dana Point,” the Nguoi Viet piece firmly asserts that Le is a communist agent sent to infiltrate the Vietnamese community, that Le is the force behind the commie paper Viet Weekly. Quoting Nguoi Viet’s editor-in-chief Anh B. Do, the piece also claims that the protests against Nguoi Viet is stoked by communists, and that Le and Janet Nguyen are supporters of the protests. Ironically, while the Coalition was not the organizer of the Nguoi Viet protests, it did issue a statement in support of Ky Ngo and his band, about two weeks or so after the protests had begun.
Also accused by Nguoi Viet of being a communist sympathizer is Tony Lam, former Westminster City Councilman and the first Vietnamese-American elected to public office. In 1999, Lam was the subject of a lengthy and obscene picketing by none other than Ky Ngo - something that still scares other Vietnamese office holders today. The Nguoi Viet piece further claims that at one point, Janet’s policy advisor Nick Lecong came to Nguoi Viet’s management and asked them to reinstate, among others, the Bolsavik. For the record, the first time the Bolsavik heard about it was about a week ago in one of those right-wing Vietnamese emails that the Bolsavik reads every day; this is the second time. I’m a little surprised to hear you say that this is a “Nguoi Viet piece”. Maybe I’m naive and don’t know how these things work, but I thought this was written by that “Coalition”, and they asked NV to publish it?

Bolsavik conveniently hiding the fact that he is major supporter of Janet Nguyen while working at the newspaper. How much from Janet Nguyen and Le Cong Tam? Still on their payroll? You starting this blog to keep promoting Janet Nguyen? Obviously.
This piece is written by that coalition fighting resolution 36 and of course they have the right to send to all Vietnamese media for publication in the opinion page, which they have done.
It’s already all over the Vietnamese political forums all last week, as Bolsavik realizes from reading his email from which he got knowledge for other “biased” postings on this biased blog.
Bolsavik been meeting with Janet Nguyen and her group to help spin knowledge to benefit them. They still refuse to answer the question of accepting VC $$$$$$$$$.

Publishing the piece in the “Dien Dan”/”Forum” section may fool you, but doesn’t fool most people.
Someone sends in a piece that purports to quote your paper’s Editor-in-Chief and purports to talk about hush-hush meetings between a controversial figure (Nick Lecong) and your paper’s management, and you print it in a two-page spread.
And you pretend you don’t know what it says? Or it doesn’t represent your thoughts?

Woaa…! An accusation piece sent by the so called Coalition Against Resolution No. 36 (Vietnamese: Liên ?y Ban Ch?ng Ngh? Quy?t 36) has been printed on Nguoi Viet two-page spread with some illustration photos under the disguise of “opinion section.” And some smart, well-educated surfers on this Blog believe that it was for “public information” (Chúng tôi cho ph? bi?n ?? r?ng ???ng d? lu?n). Hahaha…How many Vietnamese organizations in Little Saigon could be well treated like that when sending in their material for free publication at Nguoi Viet news paper. For a better understanding, check with the “L?n Ranh Qu?c C?ng” organization (an anti-comie group headed by Colonel Hoang Dao The Kiet and Dr. Doan Yen) to find out how many times in the past they have been turned down when sending similar materials to Nguoi Viet News.
It was the lowest political cheap shot performed by the most prestigious, largest news paper of the Overseas Vietnamese Communities. Very proud and very “v? vang dân Viêt!” For anyone who dares to voice different thinking, he would be considered as commies, commie sympathizer or on commies pay roll. The worst of all, that kind of mentality can be found among the so call 1.5 Vietnamese generation that you can notice on this forum.

The smoking gun is there. No doubt about it. Janet Nguyen got a lot of answering to do, if she could ever asnwer to this devastating indictment. She may not know everything, but look at her so-called advisors and the people who are surrounding her, and misguding her — Nhi Ho, Tony Lam, Viet Weekly, Andrew Do, and others.
People judge you by the compapny you keep. Looks like the company that Janet Nguyen keeps is not beyond reproach when it comes to dealings, public and covert, or otherwise, with the commies. She’s in a lot of trouble with this explosive revelation. The truth is coming out.

If being seen with Eric Le makes Janet Nguyen a communist, what does that make Yen Do, Nguoi Viet’s founder? He’s seen with the communist consul general, and then with the communist prime minister Nguyen Tan Dung. Does that make him a DOUBLE communist, just like Ngo Ky said?

Want to know the hidden truth behind the “opinion piece” on Nguoi Viet news paper? Anybody wonders who are Phan Ky Nhon, Nguyen Xuan Tung, Tran Trong An Son (”Leader”of the so called “Coalition Against Resolution No. 36″)? Who they were before April 30, 1975? Hehe…who can give me the correct answers? What they did and “behaved” in “Tr?i C?i T?o?” Why those scumbags could claim themselves as some sort of “leader” in Vietnamese Community? Who provided them “support” and “logistics” for almost a year long protest against Viet Weekly magazine? Why Nguoi Viet news paper has been keep providing them free call-out announcement against Viet Weekly each week! Ironically while Nguoi Viet itself is also under protest, a weird phenomenon! Does the TRAN GANG have anything to do with those scumbags? You bet! Even the American merchants on Main street know better than the Vietnamese.
Mug throwing is nothing big deal in the election season in America. How the hell do you know a person is a commie? Any definition? That’s why you Vietnamese, even living in America, can’t excel yourselves. Sorry if I am offending anyone, but the true is the true, and it hurts, like On Target mentions. You criticize the commie but you want to be ruled by commie, a dictator. All of this mess now is the work of the Trannies. And if the Trannies successfully kick Janet out, they will rule all of you, the whole Vietnamese community. Every time a Vietnamese person calls someone a communist, all Vietnamese lose respect in the eyes of Americans. You want to win elections, have political power, be accepted? Stop this childish taunt, or risk never becoming anything but second-class citizens to the rest of the country.

A large number of people of Vietnamese descent believe things without any evidence. Questioning authority is also a taboo. Perhaps these are a part of their culture. The Trannies and Dina Nguyen is so desperate to win this election that they would stoop to any level. Dina doesn’t have a chance to compete with Janet in a fair game so Dina use these guys to pull her another dirty trick… THAT’S VERY LOW DINA, BUT IF YOU DONT’ PLAY DIRTY, IT’S NOT LIKE YOU. Nguyen Phuong Hung is one of the key members of Coalition Against Resolution No. 36 , he’s also the key person for Vietnamese Heritage & Cultural Foundation of America which DINA herself helped set up last year so they could do the Tet Parade, for that Nguyen Phuong Hung is Dina’s puppet… so there’s the connection. Talk about paying people to have all corners covered, The Trannies taught her well. Dina accused Janet of recieving contribution from communist sympathisers? I dont’ know about Janet but I am CERTAIN DINA DID GO BACK TO VIETNAM a few years ago. She also take money from BAC PHAM & JEFF TRUONG of the Ramada Inn in Garden Grove, these individuals are currently investing in Vietnam with Frank Jao & Chieu Lee who Dina & the Trannies accused of being a communist. Dina also recieved major contribution from First Golden Pacific (a real estate development in Garden grovethat Andy Q worked for) which currently have projects in VN and many of them travel frequently to VN to invest with the real communist.
