Who’da thunk it?
Long Pham, the candidate for OC Board of Education, who’s not making any effort at campaigning, whose best claim to fame was to be present at any and all anti-communist and anti-phantom-communist protests in town, and whose opponent is a clean, controversy-free four-term incumbent, is leading the race 51%-49% with 258 of 271 precincts counted.
