An old balding Vietnamese man was arrested and charged with improper photography for secretly taking photos of two topless women on Lake Travis, a clothing-optional park northwest of Austin, Texas, report local television Fox-7 here and KVUE-TV here.
According to the arrest affidavit, a park ranger spotted Phu Van Nguyen (pictured) hiding behind a tree, overlooking an area where the two women were laying out. The ranger thought Nguyen was acting suspiciously and walked around the shoreline to see if there was anyway the women could have seen him.
That’s when one of the women saw Nguyen and he took off. The officer stopped him, so he fumbled around trying to erase the pictures. Not fast enough. The officer took the camera and looked at the photos. Almost all of them were, as reported by KVUE, “focused on the women’s bodies.” (Right. “Bodies.” That’s one way to describe it.)
Nguyen’s bail has set at $6,000.

If you are bald and a Vietnamese, pleade DO NOT even carry a camera. You could be considered as a PERVERT!

What’s the difference between this guy and the paparazzi? This is what Paparazzi do all the time and they get big money for it.

The general rule is that if anything can be seen from a public spot, then you can take photos of it. That’s the law, and is the rule-of-thumb that journalists (including that special breed called the paparazzi) work by.
But the difference here is that all nude beaches have rules against unauthorized photos. Some allow you to take a picture of yourself with nobody else in the background. Some just ban cameras outright.
This is ridiculous. It was in a public place. You are allowed to take pictures in a public place. HELLO RELIGIOUS RITE! Oh NOs, a woman’s BREAST! Oh my GOd, the POOR CHILDREN!
