Wandering child led to arrest of uncle

A toddler found wandering in the middle of a street in Portsmouth, Virginia led the police home, where they found the Viet uncle who was supposed to watch her, and arrested him, say local TV sations here and here.

The police was alerted about a 3-year-old girl walking alone in the middle of the road in dark, at around 8 p.m. on September 13. The person who called in pulled the girl off the road. That person, and the police, then walked with her, and the child eventually led them to her home.

There, they found her uncle Kem Van Huynh (pictured) who was supposed to be watching her while her parents were at work.

When the police came, Huynh called the girl’s father and have him talk to the cops too.

Huynh said the two of them were watching a movie when Huynh left to go to the bathroom, and when he came back she was gone.

Somehow the police didn’t believe him, so “upon further investigation” the police arrested him and charged him with one count of child abuse and neglect.

Now, why would Huynh have that bandage under his eye in his booking photo, nobody’s saying anything.

The parents didn’t have money to have a baby sitter, now how are they going to get the money to bail out the uncle?

Chances are the uncle still think he’s living the Vietnam..

The little girl did get home right? But what happened when she runs to one of those human traffickers (or worse) who pimps young girls into sex industries instead of to that anonymous “good but culturally blind” person who called the police?

What happened if the girl is kidnapped by a psycho sex offender?

The police came right away??, might be this was in a good neighborhood.

Wonder what are the details of police questionings, can the bolsavik investigate?

Oh yeah, and the eye patch, what’s up with that..

    Peace!
