With only a few hundred mail-in ballots to count in Westminster, and the entire batch of provisional ballots still untouched by human hands, Assemblyman Van Tran‘s staffer and Westminster City Council candidate Truong Diep is behind the winning line by 180 votes.
In the lead for the two available seats in Westminster are incumbent Frank Fry and challenger Penny Loomer, who has 9899 votes to Diep’s 9719.
The chances of Diep adding to the Vietnamese presence on the council, making it the first city with a majority Viet representation, are looking from slim to none. Provisional ballots are, historically, not where Viet candidates catch up.
Meanwhile, in Garden Grove, also with two seats available, Andrew Do‘s margin solidifies to 11,632 votes, almost 10% more than third-place Robin Marcario at 10,594.
Behind Marcario, first-time candidate and new law school grad Linh Ho is still leading Trung Nguyen by a few hundred votes..

Diep is preparing for a recount. Trung Nguyen is the lead lawyer of this recount team. Diep has indicated that he will bring the case to the California Supreme Court if the recount does not favor him. Van Tran said there is a possibility of vote rigging by the Communists, he want the FBI to investigate this matter. Nguyen Phuong Hung also think Penny Loomer is a KGB agent. The father of two kindergarden students has formally filed a complain to Orange County Registra that his kids was illegally registered as a Republican and possible their ballots went to Joseph Dovinh.

Don’t forget that Kimoanh Nguyen Lam also won and has drawn a much higher share of Vietnamese absentee votes than Andrew (almost 2-1). So the community has another win in its column. Linh Ho’s showing against Trung also says a lot about the comunity’s vote of no confidence in him. Linh ran a very weak campaign and was a virtual unknown in the Viet community so the vote was more about Trung’s negativity than Linh’s ability to outreach. I agree with the Bolsavik that provisional ballots generally do not favor Vietnamse but as of tonight, Jung Kim seems to be getting close. Not good news.

Yes, Nguyen-Lam’s win is another victory for the community. She’s been the only one who is not part of that Van Tran-Janet Nguyen fiasco/gang fight.
The Garden Grove Council race was suppose to be this epic boxing match between Andrew Do and Trung Nguyen. It turned out Trung wasn’t even a contender. Van Tran’s influence is waning, and Trung’s political career is over. Trung no longer has a seat on the Garden Grove school board, which he probably would have lost had he ran for re-election instead of going for City Council.
By now, Truong Diep is only 58 votes behind Penny Loomer. Don’t know if there is any vote to count.
Truong Diep will be the next councilman from Westminster, a city that will have a Viet majority on the council.
For those who think that Jung Kim is Truong Diep, you are all idiots because THEY are not one and the same.

Let’s cut to the chase on the Trannies and take a look at Van’s votiing record on issues of major concern to Viets.
According to the nonpartisian Project Votesmart, Van tran’s record on civil rights is abyssmal. He scored only a 46 (out of 100) by the non profit group, Asian Americans for Civil Rights. Mr. Tran is quick to attack comunist oppresssion thousands of miles away but very slow to defend civil rights for Viets at home. (Although he claims he has to carry a gun to protect him from the Commies. I guess this is why he supports every pro-gun and weapons bill that comes by his desk)
He scored an 8 on Environmental Issues (Sierra Club). This is important because of Global Warming’s effect on poor countries such as Vietnam (The World Bank predicts Vietnam will be devasted by Global Warming). He scored a 67 on Children’s Issues by the Children’s Advocacy Institute. He got a 50 from the California Alliance for Retired Amercans. On government reform and consumer protection, he received a 20 from the nonpartisian group CALPRIG.
However, on big business issues, Van gets a 100. On Guns, he scores an “A.” On opposition to any taxes, he gets a 100. This would include any taxes on the richest 1 per cent of Californians including taxing their million dollar yachts. And he scored an 87 from the Conservatives.
On specific bills, Mr. Tran voted against universal healthcare (despite overwhelming support by the Viet community), voted against removing “safe harbor” status for those makng more than 1 million dollars per year, voted against health insurance coverage for HIV testing, voted against regulating the sale of toy products that contain toxic chemicals, and voted against the energy conservation bill.
So, Mr Jung Kim and those who follow drink the Trannie Cool-Aid, is this what you stand for? I challenge you and all your buddies to reval where you really stand and who you really represent. Go fo it.
Dina Nguyen is now openly marketing her joint venture “Consulting Business” that she and her boytoy Andy Quach recently set up to take advantage of business opportunity in Westminster and Garden Grove. Legally they can represent applicant outside of their city but HOW COULD IT BE LEGAL WHEN DINA IS REPRESENTING A CLIENT IN WESTMINSTER AND ANDY IS HER BUSINESS PARTNER IN THIS CONSULTING FIRM? Regarding exchanges about proofs of corruption, nobody else besides the FBI and the State Attorney General keep files on corrupted elected officials with proofs that will stand in court. The delivered charges in this blog are just rumors. If any of you do have concrete evidences against these Vietnamese Americans elected officials, please submit them to the FBI, not the local police departments because City Council members do have some control over their police department. Besides, violation of federal laws brings longer jail times. Several elected officials have committed misdemeanors but the FBI will not bring misdemeanor charges against these corrupted elected officials because of the light sentences. They always build a case to the point that they can achieve a successful prosecution in Federal Court. Do remember about statute of limitation. The FBI needs fresh violations.

Roxanne Chow used to be a very loyal Trannies, although in recent years you don’t see her associating herself with these thugs any more but every time i see someone posting something about the Trannies or Andy and Dina and it seems to carry some truths to it, they automatically think it came from Roxanne. Does this mean that she knows about all their dirty deeds while she was with the councilman (Quach)? maybe that’s where we should start digging, with Andy’s X girlfriend Roxanne. From the way they are attacking her, I sense that she knows a lot more than we think.
