As the counting in the oh-so-close Wesminster City Council race continues, Truong Diep got into winning territory for the first time, flipping yesterday’s 22-vote trail into today’s 22-vote lead.
Which raises the question: If Diep’s lead holds, will challenger Peggy Loomer seek a recount, and if so in what order? Will Loomer seek to verify the votes from the Viet concentrated precincts by asking for a recount of the East side first? Or will she want to discover uncounted votes for her in the West side?
Would you please wait until all the votes are counted before running your thoughts all over the place. Last update you said all the votes were counted and Truong was behind and blogged about whether or not he will pay for a recount. Now you are reporting that he is up and will Peggy seek a recount. Get it straight dude. I see that you are not declaring that all the votes have been counted this time.
Hey Gay 8, chill will ya. Bolsavik never said that all the ballots were counted. He only wrote that mail-in-ballots were finished, which was correct. He also said that there were election day ballots and provisionals still left. What the F*^% are you smoking. Go chill brotha/sista.

Does anyone know how many more votes are left to be counted in the Westminster City Council race, and if Penny Loomer will demand a recount or not?
It’s almost over and Truong is in lead by 54 votes. Penny is not going to ask for the recount on this score.
