The Nguoi Viet lawsuit never went into its damages phase because the protestors threw in the towel.
On Wednesday morning when the damages phase was supposed to begin, Ky Ngo, Trong Doan and Cung Tran (in Vietnamese: Ngô Kỷ, Đoàn Trọng, Trần Thế Cung) resumed settlement talk instead of having to hear evidence of how destructive they’ve been.
The parties arrived at a stipulated judgment whereby the protestors promised they would pack up and go home.
This is not at all surprising to the Bolsavik, who has said at least twice before (here and here) that Ky Ngo and his gang are showing signs of fatigue.
It seems that the protestors would rather be found liable, so they can say “We were oppressed” and conveniently go home without looking like they’ve surrendered.
No more Ky Ngo.
No more yellow trucks.
The Bolsavik is missing them already.

this is great news!!! f-ing coward bullies can now move onto their next protest. i mean all said and done this is something that should have never made it into the courts to begin with. this is something that should have been settled between the community and these communist thugs. when people like this do this without any opposition it makes them think in their tiny little brains that in some way it’s ok. but it’s not ok. what these ungrateful jobless idiots dont understand is that we live in a great country with laws that protect freedom of the press. if they dont like those laws they can leave. this is great news for the nguoi viet, the community, the country, and for our friend the bolsavik.

You’re right anonymous, Hao Nhien did cause all this. That picture caused me to suffer extreme salon phobia, and in the middle of the night I wake up in a heap of sweaty feet. I can’t get a pedicure now without imagining that I am trampling on the VN flag. And to think the only punishment Hao Nhien got for this was losing his livelihood. A number of Bolsa real estate offices are selling OC houses to Vietnamese in Vietnam, with all cash.

There’s a story which happened several years ago which I was an eyewitness. The event happened right in front of Song Long Bakery on the first day of Chinese New Year, there was a lady who has turned on her car’s signal waiting for a parking space, but she couldn’t get the parking because there was another woman who just appeared out of nowhere turned into that space when the other car pulled out. As understandable, the lady with the signal who has been waiting for the parking space got upset so she came out & confronted the other woman. Instead of apologize to her, the other woman started cursing at her, calling a ” communist ” and told her to go back to VN. So then , the lady knew that there’s no way she could be able to reason with the other woman so she left.
As you read the story, you realized that there’s always some individuals who would try to shut some body up by calling them a ” communist ” without a valid reason or proof because they have no ground of debating.
