A Viet woman was arrested for swinging a samurai sword at another woman, right in front of a police officer. In fact, while the target woman was talking to the officer, reports the Jersey Journal here.
Thanh T. Huynh, 39, was arrested around 1am Sunday.
Huynh was at a party at this house on Wales Avenue in Jersey City.
A neighbor happens to be a cop, and the off-duty cop was out on his own porch, when he saw a man at the party urinating against a tree.
So he went over, identified himself as police, and told the man to stop it.
The partiers didn’t like to hear that, so a half-dozen people came out of the house and began arguing with the police officer.
As these people, including a 29-year-old woman, were arguing with the cop, out came Huynh with a samurai sword and she swung the sword at the woman.
More cops were called in and they arrested Huynh.
The peeing man? He got a ticket.
Yikes! 39 years old? What did she drink? sake?
They all were watching Kill Bill, and that one girl became to interactive. She thought she was living the life of one…
Not what she drank, but what did she smokin? Green bugs….?

did he pee on the tree belong to his property or pee on the tree belong to the public. If the tree is inside the fence, more power to him, it calls natural fertilization. My people……My people again!!!!
He may get cited for indecent exposure.
There were cases when peeing in public can get slapped with heavy fine and jail times…and if there are kids around, the full extend of the law can give them the sexual predator status and they will be registered as sex offender.
Lesson to be learned, no peeing in public, when nature call, do it in discreet, backyard is a good place to do it, make sure there are no women and kids around. This is not Viet Nam, my fellow compatriots.
