A Vietnamese-American police officer in Indianapolis is being placed on desk duty pending investigation of possible use of excessive force, reports local WISH-TV8 here.
Officer Nhat Nguyen was responding to a domestic disturbance call on May 31 when the man he was arresting became aggravated.
